ONELOGIN Product Notification

Dear OneLogin Administrator, We will be upgrading our Risk database on July 12, 2025, from 3:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. UTC. During this period, there will be a short 2-minute window where all risk scores will resolve to 100. This means that any users that have Smart Access enabled on their User Policy or their App Policy will be blocked from logging in. If users experience a failure during this period, they should wait at least 2 minutes and retry. They should then be able to log in successfully.
