| Dear OneLogin Administrator, In anticipation of our Risk database's upgrade, we will be performing a preparatory maintenance task on June 19, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. UTC. During this period, there will be a short 30 second window where all risk scores will resolve to 100. This means that any users that have Smart Access enabled on their User Policy or their App Policy will be blocked from logging in. If users experience a failure during this period, they should wait at least 30 seconds and retry. They should then be able to log in successfully.
