Dear OneLogin Administrator, 
 
We postponed the Database Maintenance task which was planned for Friday February 7, 2025.  
 
The new maintenance period that will affect customers in the US Shard will be on Friday, February 21, 2025 9:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. PT.  
 
During this period the following actions may fail to complete: 
  • New user creation 
  • Updates to user profiles such as adding or removing authentication factors or changing passwords 
 
We highly recommend that you not perform the actions above during the maintenance window, as they may generate failures or errors. A retry after the maintenance window is complete should resolve the issue.
