OneLogin - Accidental Deletion of Application (4383649)

Since deleted applications cannot be restored, follow the steps below to rebuild the application:

1. Recreate the Application

• Navigate to the Applications section in the OneLogin admin portal.
• Select Add App.
• Search for the appropriate application connector or template.
• Select the correct application and proceed with creation.

2. Reconfigure Application Settings

• Re-enter all required configuration details, such as:
  • SSO settings (SAML, OIDC, or other protocols)
  • Application-specific parameters
  • Endpoint URLs
• Ensure all settings match the original configuration, if documentation is available.

3. Reassign Users and Roles

• Assign users, groups, or roles back to the application.
• Verify that user access is restored as expected.

4. Reapply Policies

• Reconfigure any policies previously applied, such as:
  • Access policies
  • MFA requirements
  • Session controls

5. Validate Functionality

• Perform end-to-end testing:
  • Confirm successful login via SSO
  • Validate provisioning or deprovisioning behavior if applicable
• Address any configuration gaps identified during testing.
