The Delete option is not available for a personal application in the OneLogin user portal. The issue can occur when an app appears under a portal tab labeled for personal apps, but the app was created as a company app instead of a personal app.
This can also occur when personal app creation is not enabled at both the tenant and user policy levels.
The app is not an actual personal app. Apps created as company apps cannot be deleted by end users, even if they appear within a "Personal" tab under the main "Company" tab in OneLogin.
Personal apps are managed only by the end users and are stored under the main tab named "Personal" in the OneLogin portal. In order for these apps to be managed and deleted by the end user, the app must be created as a Personal app. The required personal app settings must also be enabled in OneLogin.
Existing Company apps do not automatically migrate to Personal apps. To allow end-user deletion, recreate the app as a Personal app after the required settings are enabled.
