  OneLogin - A user account appeared locked with a status of “Pending Unlock” and no manual unlock option was available. The account was automatically unlocked by the system based on lockout policy behavior.

• Description

  An attempt to unlock a user account from the OneLogin admin interface is unsuccessful.
  The user status shows Pending Unlock, and no available option exists to manually complete the unlock action.
  Verification in activity or event logs does not provide a manual unlock path.

• Cause

  The behavior is due to account lockout policies configured in the environment.
  When a user account enters a locked state, OneLogin may enforce an automatic unlock process after a specified time interval. During this period, the account remains in Pending Unlock status until the system completes the unlock.

• Resolution

  No manual action is required while the account is in Pending Unlock state.
  Allow the system-defined lockout duration to complete.
  The account will automatically transition to an active state once the unlock policy conditions are met.
  Confirm the status change after the expected lockout duration.

• Additional Information

  The Pending Unlock status indicates that the system is processing the unlock based on policy rules. Review account lockout policies in the admin settings to understand the configured duration and behavior.
