Description

Email states as below:

Dear OneLogin Administrator,

As part of our ongoing security focus, OneLogin will perform routine maintenance to renew the certificate for *.eu.onelogin.com, which expires on <DATE>. The new certificate is valid for approximately one year.

If you have not installed the intermediate certificate, then no action is necessary, and you can disregard this message.
Cause

The behavior is determined by the presence or absence of an intermediate certificate in the LDAP client configuration.When an intermediate certificate is not present, the existing certificate chain remains valid and does not require modification.
Resolution

The system evaluates the LDAP client certificate configuration to determine the required state, where the presence of an intermediate certificate changes how certificate validation functions and results in a requirement for a certificate update. In configurations where no intermediate certificate exists, the validation process continues to operate correctly using the existing certificate setup, resulting in no change being required and maintaining normal operation.
