Users are unable to log in to the OneLogin portal. An “access denied” error message appears indicating that the account is disabled or suspended.
This results in a complete loss of access to the environment, preventing use of applications and services associated with the account.
The issue typically occurs when the account has been automatically suspended due to an expired maintenance agreement or subscription.
If licensing is not kept up to date, the system enforces a suspension to prevent continued service access until the subscription is renewed.
To restore access, follow these steps:
Verify the Account Status
Review Licensing or Subscription Validity
Engage the Appropriate Internal Team
Request Temporary Access (if applicable)
Complete Subscription Renewal
Validate Access Restoration
