Customers may receive an email from DocuSign indicating an upcoming certificate update and question whether the new certificate must be uploaded into their OneLogin DocuSign SAML app.
A certificate update or expiration can break the SAML application.
If the existing SAML trust between OneLogin and DocusSign is based on a OneLogin certificate, no action is required.
To ensure no action is needed, go over the following procedure:
If the certificates match and the expiration date is valid, no action is required. SSO will continue to operate normally
