Creating a OneLogin Support Incident
You may create a support incident / ticket by logging into your OneLogin portal and selecting the support option from the drop down on the top right.
The support option is only available to OneLogin admins.
Your incident will be routed to a support team based on the category you chose when you open your incident. We do not have Tier 1 support instead your incident will be assigned to a subject matter expert based on the incident category.
Alternatively paid Enterprise, Unlimited and VIP accounts are also entitled to phone support (free accounts are online only)
- Free accounts M-F 6AM - 6PM Pacific, online support only.
- Paid accounts; Enterprise, Unlimited & VIP are entitled to 24/7 support.
- Contact technical support via telephone and request your incident to be escalated
