A previously announced, subdomains became mandatory in 2015. Starting April 1, 2016, users will no longer be able to sign in directly to their OneLogin account using app.onelogin.com. Users will instead be required to provide their company subdomain to sign in. This change will not impact your SAML-enabled applications.
To ensure that your account does not experience any disruption, please make sure to set your subdomain by February 14, 2016. Sign into your account as an admin, go to Settings > Branding, enable branding, and enter your preferred subdomain.
After February 14, the subdomain field on the Branding page becomes read-only; if you need to update your subdomain after that date, you will have to contact OneLogin support.
Once you've set your subdomain, we recommend that you communicate this change to your users to allow them sufficient time to update any existing bookmarks or saved links.
