On Tuesday, October 27, 2015, OneLogin will make a necessary update to our certificate infrastructure. This update requires that all users of the OneLogin OTP app upgrade to the latest version of the app.
Important! We recommend that iOS users wait until the evening of Monday, October 26 to update OTP to the current version. If iOS users update the app before the evening of October 26, the Send OTP button will not work. If users have already updated the app, they can manually enter their OTP code when they log in to OneLogin; the Send OTP functionality will work again at the end of the day on October 26.
On your phone, go to the Google Play Store.
- In the menu, select My Apps.
- Go to Updates.
- Search for OneLogin OTP and click Update.
On your phone, go to the App Store.
- Select Updates from the menu.
Find the OneLogin OTP app in your app list.
- Click the Update button.
If for any reason a user cannot update their OTP app (or if an iOS user updated their app before October 26), they can still use OneLogin OTP by entering the six-digit OTP code manually on their OneLogin login page.
