OneLogin Mobile 1.1.2 for the Android platform enables users to enter their OneLogin subdomain (mycompany.onelogin.com) when they set up the app for the first time. This makes OneLogin Mobile work properly for the following users:
- Users whose OneLogin account resides in the EU data shard.
- Users who don't log into OneLogin using their email address as their username.
On your Android phone, go to the Google Play Store.
- Search for and select OneLogin Mobile.
- Click Install.
Entering your subdomain
If you are logged in to the OneLogin Mobile app on your phone, log out.
Launch OneLogin Mobile to display the login screen.
On the login screen, click the Options icon .
On the Domain screen, enter your OneLogin subdomain.

Important! Take care to enter the subdomain properly. If you do not, your OneLogin Mobile app will not direct to the correct database shard.
- Log in to enable the new subdomain.
Confirm that you are connected to the correct database shard.
If your company uses a branded OneLogin interface, you should see your company logo and custom-branded colors on the menu bar of the OneLogin Mobile dashboard.
Note that you can also enter your subdomain by selecting Settings from the OneLogin Mobile menu and clicking Change Domain. If you use this method, you must log out of OneLogin Mobile and log back in to enable OneLogin to use the subdomain.
