OneLogin Mobile 3.0.3 for the iOS platform enables users to enter their OneLogin subdomain (mycompany.onelogin.com) when they set up the app for the first time. This makes OneLogin Mobile work properly for the following users:
- Users whose OneLogin account resides in the EU data shard.
- Users who don't log into OneLogin using their email address as their username.
On your phone, go to the App Store.
- Select Updates from the menu.
Find the OneLogin Mobile app in your app list.
- Click the Update button.
Entering your subdomain
On your phone, go to Settings > OneLogin.
If you also use OneLogin OTP, you will see two apps labeled "OneLogin." Pick the one with the plain OneLogin logo:
Enter your OneLogin subdomain in the Domain field.

Important! Take care to enter the subdomain properly. If you do not, your OneLogin Mobile app will not direct to the correct database shard.
If you are currently logged into the OneLogin Mobile app, log out and log back in to enable the new subdomain.
On the OneLogin Mobile dashboard, click the menu button:
Click Sign out.
- Reopen the OneLogin mobile app and follow the login prompts.
Confirm that you are connected to the correct database shard.
If your company uses a branded OneLogin interface, you should see your company logo and custom-branded colors on the menu bar of the OneLogin Mobile dashboard.
