OneLogin's portal gives end-users one-click access to all of their web apps in the cloud and behind the firewall. Users simply sign in with their OneLogin credentials, and OneLogin takes care of authenticating them for all of their OneLogin-managed apps.
Users can launch an app from their App Home page, or they can launch the app directly. In either case, they don't have to enter their credentials as long as they have an active OneLogin session in their browser.
If you are an administrator, the portal also provides access to account, security, user, and application settings; end-users will never have access to anything more than personal account security options and their applications. The administrator view of the portal depends on the level of admin access, but can be recognized by the presence of some or all of the Users, Apps, Activity, and Settings options on the upper bar, and the option to view a Live Stream of all OneLogin activity for your organization's account.
