Configuring the Custom help button
If you would like to direct users requiring support with OneLogin to your internal support team, the Custom help button provides an ideal solution. By utilizing the Custom Help button the Chat button that appears throughout OneLogin will act as a portal for your users to reach your internal support team.
To begin the configuration process, go to Settings>Branding and go to the Support. tab. Under Custom help button, provide a Support email address to route all messages to. Then provide written instructions under Support instructions to display in the support pop-up. Finally, check the Enable checkbox to go live with the Custom help button.
Using the Custom help button
Once enabled, users who select the Help button will display the customized help button setup. Support requests will now be routed to the provided email with information the users provide.
