This topic describes how to configure OneLogin to provide SSO for DocuSign using SAML.
If you want to set up SSO for DocuSign using form-based authentication, see Adding a Form-Based Application.
Setting Up SSO
Go to to Apps > Add Apps.
Search for DocuSign and select it.
On the Add App page - Configuration tab, select SAML2.0 - user provisioning under Connectors.
You can edit the Display Name.
Click Save to display additional configuration tabs.
On the Parameters tab, map DocuSign user attributes to OneLogin values.
For SSO configuration, the default mappings are as follows:
DocuSign Field OneLogin Value Notes Common Name AD user name First Name First Name Last Name Last Name User ID
On the SSO tab, gather your SAML information.
Copy the SAML2.0 Endpoint (HTTP) URL.
Download the X.509 PEM Certificate.
To download the X.509 PEM certificate, click View Details and select X.509 PEM from the drop-down below the X.509 Certificate field.
Provide the URL and certificate to your DocuSign support team to configure the connection in DocuSign.
Troubleshooting Email Mismatch
In some cases, the DocuSign account administrator email does not match the OneLogin administrator email. You can remedy this by doing the following:
- Go to Users > Account_Owner.
- Select the Applications tab.
- Select DocuSign to open the Edit Login pane.
- Overwrite the default fields for your DocuSign login and enter the correct information to match your OneLogin credentials with your DocuSign credentials.
