Starting on May 9, 2017, in order to sign in to the OneLogin Help Center you must first perform a one-time email verification step. When you try to access the Help Center, you will be prompted to verify your email.
Access the OneLogin Help Center
When you are prompted to verify your email address, click the Continue button.
OneLogin sends an email to the email address associated with your OneLogin account.
Open the email and click the link to verify your email address.
Your email address is now verified, and you can return to the OneLogin Help Center without having to verify your email address again, unless it changes.
