| This is the second reminder regarding this subject, the orignal was sent January 23rd 2024. This email contains important information relating to the OneLogin RADIUS service. Dear OneLogin Administrator, OneLogin has updated the IP addresses for the RADIUS service in both the US and EU shards. The DNS entries for “radius.us.onelogin.com” and “radius.eu.onelogin.com” have been changed. If you are using the Fully Qualified Domain Names, “radius.us.onelogin.com” and “radius.eu.onelogin.com”, then the change should have been seamless. We recommend consulting your specific RADIUS client documentation on how to verify that the update is picked up by your RADIUS clients, if they are configured to do so. If IP addresses are being used, the new IPs need to be manually added to the RADIUS client configuration. The old IP addresses will be will be decommissioned on March 15, 2024 at 11pm UTC. The DNS entries were changed as follows on Feb 29th, 2024: US Shard - “radius.us.onelogin.com” Current IPs: 52.34.255.206, 18.216.23.112 New IPs: 23.183.113.15 23.183.112.15 Change date/time: Feb 29th, 2024 at 9am UTC EU shard - “radius.eu.onelogin.com” Current IPs: 35.156.138.255, 54.246.141.64 New IPs: 23.183.113.18 23.183.112.18 Change date/time: Feb 29th, 2024 at 7pm UTC The new IP addresses are available for use right now.
