This is picky, but at the moment the company block of apps has the header "Company Name" and the personal block of apps has the header "Personal apps."  Could you please drop the "apps."   That would make the two headers consistent.  The ability to group things on the dashboard by our own criteria, as mentioned by another user, would be nice as well.  Thanks.
